I'm Justyna, a Creative Director who helps transform brands with story-first thinking that forges a real connection.

I lead with story. I always begin my work with curiosity and a clear sense of purpose, building outward from that, whether it's an original documentary podcast series for an EdTech giant in the US, a travel brand growing from a Glasgow bedroom to the Oscars gift lounge, or a professional audio tool finding its tribe.

I work across the full creative spectrum: brand strategy and identity, original content platforms, campaign direction, editorial, film, live events, and social. I'm just as comfortable setting the creative agenda in a boardroom as I am on location with a camera crew, in the edit suite or even learning an occasional TikTok dance. I bring ideas from brief to life, and build the teams and culture that make that possible.

My main focus when working with teams is encouraging creativity with kindness. I build environments in which bold ideas are welcome and every voice in the room matters, but most importantly, I want people to feel trusted enough to do their best work.

What shapes how I see the world? The Polish School of Posters, a movement born under political censorship, where artists had nothing but wit, metaphor and colour to work with and yet made some of the most arresting visual communication ever produced. They made art from their constraints. The improvisation within structure, and creativity that thrives where the walls come in is a spirit that I strive to bring in to every room.
